These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website nxtelligence.ai and any related services provided by NxTelligence Consulting Group (“NxTelligence,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Please read them carefully. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

By accessing or using nxtelligence.ai (the “Site”) or engaging with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

About Our Services

NxTelligence Consulting Group is an AI strategy and solutions firm based in New Brunswick, Canada. The Site provides information about our services and lets you contact us and book a Clarity Call.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Site or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without our prior written permission
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization
  • Use our content or materials for competing commercial purposes without our consent

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to NxTelligence and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual-property laws. The NxTelligence name and logo belong to NxTelligence Consulting Group.

You may view and print Site content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

Third-party names and logos displayed on the Site (including those of our partners and accreditations) are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or for identification purposes only.

Bookings, Forms & Communications

When you submit a form or book a Clarity Call, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Clarity Calls are offered free of charge and are subject to availability.

We handle the information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Professional Engagements

Any consulting, solution-development, or training engagement with NxTelligence is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work. These Terms govern only your use of the Site.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails with respect to that engagement.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Information about AI and its applications is general in nature, and outcomes depend on factors specific to each organization. We make no guarantee of any particular result.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NxTelligence and its founders, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Site.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to CAD $100 or the amount you paid us for access to the Site, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NxTelligence and its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Brunswick, Canada, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
